File ExplorerKeeps a file explorer pinned to any project or thread while you switch between BB threads. Search by file name or path and jump the tree to matches, including bare file names resolved across configured search roots. Search and replace text inside files under the pinned root with case, whole-word, and regex options, guarded by read-time hashes. Right-click files to preview, create, rename, delete, copy paths to chat drafts, or reveal in the system file manager.File Viewers & EditorsmifhudNew
TokenomicsUnderstand what your threads cost in tokens and time, so you can cut what isn't worth it. Each thread's header shows a sparkline of its token use that opens a summary of which of your messages used the most tokens and time. Once a thread's context passes a size you set, a meter above the composer offers to compact it, and the sidebar counts those threads. A Tokenomics page charts tokens by hour or day, shows where turn time went, and ranks threads by use. Requires bb 0.43 or later, and counts Claude Code subagents only for threads that ran on the same machine as bb.Token Usage & LimitsDaniel BachhuberNew
Impromptu UIGenerate interfaces for what you need to process or act on, instead of walls of text in chat. An agent's results, such as issues to triage or a Dependabot pull request to merge, appear as rows above the composer, one per item. Each row opens a side panel with the details, a draft you can edit, and buttons that post it, start a thread, run a command once you confirm it, or open a link. For design choices, a film strip shows screenshots of the original and each alternative, and Send feedback returns your pick and notes to the thread. The agent reads back what you did and carries on from there. Requires bb 0.43 or later, and needs no account or external service.Thread ContentDaniel BachhuberNew
Software FactoryTurn requests into reviewed pull requests: a Lead plans tasks, specialist agents build them, and independent agents review each PR. A Factory page in the left rail shows every agent's live status and a board from Backlog to Done. When a builder finishes, the Lead opens a draft PR; Reviewer 1 and a Security reviewer start within about two minutes, plus Reviewer 2 for large or sensitive diffs, and each posts its verdict on the PR. The PR is marked ready for review only when every reviewer approves, and merging stays with you. Needs a Git project, the agent CLIs you choose per role (Claude Code, Codex or Cursor), and a GitHub remote with the gh CLI for PR review; optional Rafter scans need a Rafter account.Tasks & WorkflowslpbarilNew
FeedSee every thread that needs your answer in one list, each with a one-line summary of its latest result. Rows sort into Needs your response, In progress, and Paused, and you reply, pause, archive, or move a thread from its row. A bundled manager skill starts new work in a section the Feed watches and flags child results for you. Summaries use your Codex login (ChatGPT account or OpenAI API key); without it, a row shows the first sentence of the agent's latest message.Thread ManagementRyan BrownNew
Zen KoiWatch pixel-art koi swim under your chat input while the agent works, and scoop them in a one-tap catch game. When a ! shows over the paper poi, tap to lift that koi into the bowl; leave it alone and the poi plays by itself. Draw up to nine koi that grow from 15 to 45 cm over two weeks, and set the garden, season, time of day, and rain. Optional sound adds water, a wind chime, and rain in a soft reverb. Your koi and catch counts stay on your bb server and use no external service.Themes & AppearanceReja Revaldy FNew
MeetingsKeep recordings, transcripts and action items from Zoom, Google Meet, Telemost and Jitsi calls together. Record and transcribe Russian speech on a Linux x64 or arm64 host with Chrome, Xvfb, PulseAudio, ffmpeg and the separately installed GigaAM plugin or your own transcription server. Use five built-in or custom summary templates, transcript search, timecoded Q&A, optional calendar auto-join and external agents through MCP or REST. A BB agent or an optional model API writes summaries; calendar sync needs Google OAuth or an ICS feed, and admission can require a platform account.Tasks & WorkflowsAiXenixNew
TreelanesTake each coding task from idea to merged pull request in its own Git worktree, with checks before every stage moves. A board shows one card per worktree as agents move it through Design, TDD, Quality Loop, Simplify and PR Watch. A stage moves on only when its worker reports passing checks for the current files. The sidebar lists one main thread per worktree, with its other threads below it. The task map sets the harness, model and effort for each step. Needs an agent harness such as Claude Code or Codex, and the GitHub CLI for pull requests.Tasks & WorkflowsAhmed Hesham AbdelkaderNew
Server SwitcherSee which bb server you are on and switch to another server on your account in one click. A strip above the sidebar footer shows the current server's name, address, online status, and your GitHub avatar. Click it to list the other servers on your bb account; offline servers are greyed out, and in the desktop app the switch goes through the app's own server menu. Give each server its own colored ring, from seven presets, a custom color, or a two-color gradient, in a picker beside the sidebar or with the bb server-switcher ring command. Requires a bb signed in to a bb account with the bundled bb connect plugin enabled.Environments & CloudbrsblNew
Ultra LauncherStart a BB thread from any screen with Cmd+N, without leaving the thread you are in. Each thread starts from a saved preset of provider, model, reasoning level and service tier. Enter opens the new thread, and Cmd+Enter starts it in the background with an Open button in a toast. Save up to 30 presets, reorder them by dragging, and edit them in the picker or in settings. On phones the launcher opens as a bottom sheet. It takes over Cmd+N and moves BB's own New thread shortcut to Cmd+Shift+O, and one setting gives Cmd+N back. Requires BB 0.46 or later.Thread ManagementDillion VermaNew
GigaAM Voice InputDictate in Russian with the bb microphone and get punctuated text, recognized on your own machine. On first load the plugin installs GigaAM v3, Sber's open Russian speech model, with a private Python and CPU-only PyTorch, so nothing is set up by hand. A 10-second phrase takes about 1 second on a 10-core CPU, and recordings over 20 seconds are split at pauses, so minute-long voice notes work. Audio never leaves the machine, or you can point the plugin at your own OpenAI-compatible transcription server. Needs Linux (x86-64 or arm64) or macOS on Apple silicon, about 2 GB of disk, 1.5 GB of RAM, and a one-time 1.2 GB download; recognizes Russian only.Agents & ProvidersAiXenixNew
Chat FindPress Ctrl+F (Cmd+F on Mac) in any bb chat to find words in the conversation, with every match highlighted where it appears. Enter and Shift+Enter step through matches, and the chat scrolls each one clear of the composer, including matches inside bold text, links, and syntax-highlighted code. The count updates while an agent is still replying, without losing your place. Escape closes the bar and puts the cursor back where it was. It searches the messages the chat has loaded, leaves Ctrl+F to the embedded browser and terminals when they have focus, and needs no account or external service.Thread ContentbottlebrushesNew
Multi Repo GitKeep related subprojects together and choose whether a chat works on the workspace or one subproject. Set each project's visible thread-family limit from 1 to 100 (default 5), with independent Show more controls. Use Edit workspace to connect folders while keeping BB's native thread rows, menus and actions. Inspect and commit changes in each linked repository through Source Control; requires BB 0.46 or newer, SDK 0.6.37 or newer, and the built-in thread-list sidebar.Thread Managementnicolay-iNew
VimWrite BB prompts with Vim motions, modes, selections, and operators while BB keeps its native composer behavior. Insert mode leaves attachments, image paste, model controls, voice input, and submission to BB. Normal, Visual, and Visual Line modes add counts, text objects, search, yank, paste, undo, and redo. Terminals, search fields, command palettes, and opted-out plugin surfaces stay native. Requires BB 0.41+ and Plugin SDK 0.4.34+; no external service or paid account is required.Thread ContentJohn DebayNew
AutoresearchOrchestrates autoresearch loops: parallel agent workers try code changes, and only the ones your benchmark proves better are kept. The plugin, not the agents, runs every measurement and decides each verdict from paired runs and confidence intervals, with guardrails on secondary metrics. A Live tab shows workers, candidates and each measurement's confidence band as they move, and any study can be replayed. Harvest turns the wins into draft PRs, each with its contribution measured by reverting it. Requires git 2.38 or newer; benchmarks run your repository's own commands, and the GitHub CLI is needed only to publish PRs.Tasks & WorkflowsPascal de LadurantayeNew
Generative UITurns agent replies into charts, diagrams, maps, plans and forms you can use, right in the chat. Agents choose from 86 components on their own, with no setup: sliders and filters recompute in the page, and buttons and forms send your pick back as your next message. Test reports, logs, lint errors and coverage files render as their own components instead of pasted text, and a thread's changes, commits, pull request and workers are read live from BB. Adds about 4,000 tokens of instructions to sessions whose replies you read, and looks up photos, places and map tiles on Wikimedia Commons, Photon and OpenStreetMap unless you turn web lookups off. Relies on BB internals, so a BB update can show the blocks as code until the plugin catches up.Thread ContentComicBit58
SynsLets the pages your agents write read and save your Syns files, so a task board or wiki on a page is the repository itself, not a copy. A page sees only the repository, or the placed folder, its session works in, with the access of the Syns account signed in on that machine. Every edit carries the version the page last read: if the files moved since, the edit is refused and the page re-reads, so an edit never overwrites changes it hasn't seen. From a control you press, a page can also share a folder, set its visibility and manage who has access. Needs Thread Pages 1.10.0 or later, and the Syns CLI installed and signed in to a Syns account on each machine whose sessions use it.Thread ContentSynsNew
NotedPoint at the exact part of an agent's HTML or Markdown artifact and send that feedback straight to its thread. Click an element or select text in the side panel, type a note, and queue as many notes as you want before sending them as one message. Each note reaches the agent with the element's selector and the quoted text, so it edits the right spot instead of guessing which paragraph you meant. When the agent saves the file, the open review refreshes to the next revision. Optional settings add a separate review window and in-place Markdown source editing.File Viewers & EditorsMPIVNew
Agent RetryRetry a failed turn instead of accepting it as the end of the work. It retries any failure a provider reports, including one with no error classification at all — a gateway error, a process that died mid-stream, a request refused at the door — which bb's own retry declines. The wait grows with each attempt, up to 50 by default, and can be scoped by project, provider, thread, or the half of the failure space where the provider never took the request. Every decision is recorded with the rule behind it, and `bb agent-retry log`, `explain` and `simulate` show a retry before or after it happens. Disable BB's bundled Provider Retry plugin: both queue retries for the same failed turn.Agents & ProvidersEuan GuoNew
Markdown ReaderMarkdown source mixes document content with formatting syntax. Markdown Reader provides formatted Preview, exact Raw text, and heading navigation in the same read-only BB file tab. Open workspace, host, and thread-storage files, follow supported links, preview images, and refresh content without editing it. Remote images contact their source servers; no paid account or separate service is required. Requires BB 0.45+ and Plugin SDK >=0.6.15 <0.7; supports UTF-8 text up to 1 MiB, with BB preview available for unsupported files.File Viewers & EditorskoenvgNew
FollowupsTurn a finished answer into your next message: pick one of its suggested follow-ups and get a full draft in the composer. When a thread finishes, a model reads its last answer and your last three messages, then shows two to five next steps above the message box, each with the reason it is worth doing. Click one, or press 1–9, and it is written out as a first-person message in your composer; nothing is sent for you, and anything you typed stays. A switch in each thread's header turns follow-ups on or off for that thread, and a footer shows how long each run took and how many tokens it used. Each suggestion and draft is a short run on a model you choose from your bb providers, in a hidden worker thread that uses the provider's least privileged permission mode and is deleted when it finishes.Thread ContentMacHatter1New
Gone FishingTurn the wait for your agent into a pixel-art fishing trip on top of the chat input. The pond fishes by itself while a turn runs, or you take the rod to hook, reel, and land each fish yourself. Water floods the chat input behind your text, and the fish swimming there are the ones that bite. Three maps hold 28 species, and the seasons follow your calendar. Your catches unlock new maps and gear for your angler, boat, and dog. Catches stay in a local database on the bb server and use no external service.Themes & AppearanceNicolas CharpentierNew
Screen SharingSee and control the screens of your Macs from inside bb, at your desk or from anywhere through your getbb.app address. A sidebar page shows each Mac connected to your bb with whether its Screen Sharing is on, and opens its screen in the page for your keyboard and mouse. Sessions to several Macs can be open at once, with View only, Send keys for shortcuts such as Command-Tab, Full screen, and a Clipboard menu that sends text either way or keeps both clipboards in sync, for the macOS account bb runs as on that Mac. Every new session asks for that Mac's own macOS user name and password, which bb never keeps, and a Close all pill ends every session at once. Requires bb 0.46 or later and macOS, with Screen Sharing turned on by you in System Settings on each Mac; it relies on experimental bb plugin APIs that may change between bb releases.UtilitiesGustavo AmbrozioNew
Fast Switch AccountsSwitch to another Claude Code or Codex login when the current one runs out of quota, without leaving BB. See each saved account's remaining limits before you pick one, then start the next thread on it. Add an account through the provider's own browser sign-in. Saved logins stay in the macOS Keychain. Tokens go only to Anthropic and OpenAI. Cursor and other providers show limits only. Runs on macOS only. Codex switching needs the Codex CLI signed in with ChatGPT and the Xcode Command Line Tools.Agents & ProvidersYuriy EgorovNew
Header PinsSwitch between your pinned threads in one click from the empty title bar strip at the top of the BB window. Each chip carries a status dot for the thread and its child threads: yellow waits for you, blue works, green finished and unread. A colored bar marks the thread with its project color when Chat Sidebar by Evgeniy Perin is installed, which we recommend, and with its provider's color otherwise. Hover a chip to unpin it in place. Needs the BB desktop app; no account or network access.Thread ManagementYuriy EgorovNew
JB FlowPuts the agent threads that need you at the top, and keeps the rest out of the way until they do. A Triage sidebar sorts threads into Needs me and numbered lanes you move between with one key. Snooze hides a thread until a time you pick and brings it back unread, with an optional note for the agent. Agents call wait_for_ci and end their turn instead of polling GitHub, and are messaged when checks finish or a review arrives. PR and CI features need the GitHub CLI.Thread ManagementJohannes BerggrenNew
AsciimojiGive every thread a familiar text face that stays with the conversation. Choose from five generated face families, 12 presets, or custom text through a focused four-tab picker, with thread, project, and global default precedence. Add sidebar faces with adjustable width, theme colors, and expression or marker activity styles plus a live appearance preview; saved choices sync between connected windows. Includes shell controls and needs no external service or account.Themes & AppearancerigercNew
FinderBrowse, edit, and save the files an agent is working on without leaving BB. A file tree with new file, rename, upload, and delete sits beside the thread, and search in files reads every file in the workspace and opens a hit at its line. The CodeMirror editor saves with compare-and-swap, so a change the agent made while you were typing stops the save instead of overwriting it. An @ mention attaches a file whose contents are resolved at send time, and markdown renders Mermaid diagrams. A workspace on another machine works the same way.File Viewers & EditorsNaufal Riza FatahillahNew
bbBBSDial into a 1994-style bulletin board from bb to chat with other bb users and play classic multiplayer door games. Doors include Legend of the Red Dragon, Trade Wars 2, Usurper and Dice Warz, in shared worlds with daily turns and leaderboards. Your first call creates an account from a handle and a silly questionnaire; bb keeps the password, so there is no email or GitHub sign-in. Opted-in agents get their own [BOT] account and two tools to read the screen and press keys, limited to one chat line per 30 seconds and no board posts. Connects to the community server at bbs.gravytrain.ca, run by the author.Command LineErik MacKinnonNew
Matt Pocock skills for bbGives your agents Matt Pocock's engineering and productivity skills as slash commands, from test-first development to issue triage. Choose which skills each project gets, or turn them on only in the projects you pick; Matt's 6 experimental skills stay off until you opt in. A skill you already have keeps its name, and you can keep both, with Matt's as matt-pocock-<name>. Turning off a skill that another one needs asks first and names what else changes. New releases follow mattpocock/skills daily; some skills use Git or GitHub CLI, and no account is needed.Code & ReviewsErik MacKinnonNew
PeekSee what a plugin would change in bb before you install it. Every card in the plugin store gets a Preview button that lists the surfaces the plugin would add — a sidebar page, a thread-header button, a settings section — each with the plugin's own name for it. The same report names the settings it would create and flags wide access: a full-trust daemon, a script that can rewrite any part of the bb UI, or permission to run commands on your machine. Nothing is installed or executed to produce it, because Peek reads the exact release's files as text from the bb app, npm, or GitHub. No account or token is required, and the same report is available to you and your agents through bb peek show.Plugin DevelopmentValentino BonatoNew
Office ViewerOpens Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF, images and video right in BB's side panel, on any device you browse from. Spreadsheets recalculate live formulas and save edits to .xlsx and .csv without touching the formatting. Pictures open in an editor for arrows, boxes, text, numbered steps, blur and crop, and the result goes straight into the chat. Select cells, a PDF passage or a slide and quote it to the agent. Runs locally: no account, API key or external service.File Viewers & EditorsKirill VechkasovNew
Pi Command SyncRun Pi's own slash commands inside a BB thread instead of paying a model turn for them. The composer menu lists every command the Pi session has loaded, including extension and prompt commands BB cannot see on its own. /session, /thinking, /model, /name and /reload answer from the addon with no model request, and terminal-only controls such as /login or /resume explain the limitation instead of falling through to the model. Needs a one-time patch to BB's installed Pi provider bundle, applied with the checked script in the repository, because BB 0.45.0 has no API for this. Linux hosts only; macOS is untested and Windows is refused.Thread ContentDiffuzmetallNew
Show Latest ThreadsShows only the threads you touched in the last 24, 48 or 72 hours, so the sidebar holds today's work. A switch and a 24h / 48h / 72h picker sit at the top of the list; turn the switch off to see every project. Pinned threads, sections and child threads keep their places, and a thread that is open, running or waiting for your answer stays visible whatever its age. Each row shows its status on the right as BB's own list does: a dot for unread, a spinner while the agent works, a question mark when it waits for you. English or Russian.Thread ManagementSergey KalachevNew
Agent CalendarSee what your agents worked on and when, as a calendar of work blocks or a weekly time sheet. Each thread gets a block for the time its agent turns ran, colored by project, in a day, 3-day, or week view. Switch to Projects to merge a project's parallel threads into one entry, or open the time sheet to copy hours per thread and day as CSV. Agents can answer "what did my agents work on last week?" with the bb agent-calendar command and its bundled skill. Turn history stays in a local database on the bb server and uses no external service.Thread ManagementNicolas Charpentier41
Next PromptPredicts the instruction you'll type next after each finished turn and shows it above the composer, one key from your draft. Press Tab or → in the empty composer, or click the line, to put it in your draft; nothing is sent for you. Choose the model with bb's provider and model picker: Claude Code and Codex models run as one CLI call with no tools, and any other provider runs as a hidden worker thread. Only the thread's user and assistant messages are sent, never tool output, and hidden and child threads are skipped. Each suggestion is one request on a provider you already use; the default, Claude Sonnet 5.5, needs the claude CLI signed in on the bb server.Thread ContentSerge BaranovNew
Pinned Files & LinksKeep a thread's key files and links one click away, in a strip right above the composer. Each pin shows its file icon or site icon and is as wide as its label, with extra pins waiting in a ⋯ list. Type file names or URLs after the Pin pill and the agent finds and pins them; agents also pin the PR, issue, spec and dev server they work with on their own. Right-click a pin to preview, copy, unpin or remove it, and open Moss notes in Moss Viewer when it's installed.Thread ContentbrsblNew
SoulsGive any thread a persona you define once: its job, voice, expertise and hard limits, the same in every thread that runs it. An agent interviews you in four to seven questions and puts the draft on a review card, and nothing is saved, edited or deleted until you approve. Pick a soul from the composer's + menu for an open thread or the next one, and a banner shows it with a pixel-art portrait that animates with what the agent is doing. After a context compaction the persona goes back in, and a parent thread can start a child already in character. Compare a soul with no soul on the same prompt before you rely on it. Souls stay in the plugin's own SQLite store with no account or external service, and a comparison spends model runs only when you start it.Agents & ProvidersMacHatter1New
Thread TagsPuts a colored emoji or text badge before a thread's title, so you can spot status and topics in the sidebar at a glance. Tag a thread from the tag button in its hover controls, or create a tag there with up to 12 characters and a preset or custom color. An emoji picker lists every emoji by category and searches names in English and Russian, without network access. A Tags editor renames, recolors, and deletes tags, and the bb thread-tags command lets agents tag the thread they work in.Thread ManagementVladPoletNew
Scoped SkillsGive each skill only to the agents, models and projects that should have it, so image skills reach Codex and stay out of Claude Code. Each skill carries a list of agents plus optional model and project globs such as gpt-5* or *my-org/*, and a thread receives only the skills that match its agent, model and project. A preview shows what a thread on any agent, model and project would get. Import skill folders from the BB machine, or ask a thread to list or change a scope; a bb scoped-skills CLI does the same. Needs no account, API key or network access.Memory & ContextPritam SharmaNew

Tree SidebarFind threads by where their project lives on disk: folders nest, projects sit inside them, and each thread sits under its project. Forks and side chats nest under the thread they came from. Search reads message text as well as titles, shows the matching line under each result, and lists archived matches in their own section. Hover a thread to archive it in one click, or right-click it to open it in a split, copy its link, pin it, or delete it. Optional settings sort bb's project list and indent its new-thread project picker to match the tree.Thread ManagementChad BaileyNew
Pokecut ThemeTurns bb into a soft dashboard: a gray shell, the thread as a raised panel, white cards and a pink-violet accent, light and dark. The composer gets even chips for project, machine and access, a gradient send button and a context line that fills as the window does. Expanded work groups read as one card with right-aligned durations and red error chips, and messages show their time on hover. A footer switch flips light, dark or system, and each chat feature can be turned off in English or Russian settings.Themes & AppearanceKirill VechkasovNew
Telegram ProjectsGet BB agent reports in Telegram and answer any thread from your phone, one topic per project. When an agent finishes, waits for you or stops, its project topic gets a card with the section, thread and agent, and the reply collapsed or summarized by a BB model you choose. Connect the reported thread with one tap and keep working with that agent by text or voice. Pick which agent and Tasks events arrive, with or without sound, and use the bot in Russian or English. Requires your own Telegram bot; messages of connected chats and reports are sent to Telegram.Environments & CloudKirill VechkasovNew
T3 ImportBring your T3 Code threads into bb and pick up each conversation where you left off. Each thread lands in the bb project for its folder with its messages, reasoning, tool calls, plans, and dates, and the next message continues with the agent's full context. A preview lists every thread and project before anything changes, settled threads can come over archived, and each import backs up the bb database first. Requires bb 0.45, with T3 Code and Claude Code or Codex on the same computer; the plugin writes threads directly to the bb database.Thread ManagementKarol ChudzikNew
Agent TVSee what every running agent is doing, and which one needs you, from a live wall at the foot of the sidebar. Each tile shows the tool call in flight, the files touched in the last minute, a 60-second activity trace, and how much of its context window the thread has used. Threads blocked on a question or an approval are marked and sorted to the top. Pop the wall out as a monitor you can drag anywhere in BB. The bb agent-tv status command gives terminals and agents the same feed, and nothing leaves your BB server.Thread ManagementMacHatter1New
Thread Time MachineStep through everything an agent did in any thread, and diff its file changes between any two moments.Drag across a filmstrip of every message, command, file change and error, or press play, and open any frame to read its output, exit code or diff. Pin a start frame to see every file change between it and the current frame as diffs. Works on Codex, Claude Code, Pi, Muse Code, Cursor, opencode, Grok and Antigravity threads, including sub-agents, and adds frames live while an agent runs. A bb thread-time-machine dump command and a bundled agent skill print the same history as text. Read-only and local: no account or external service, and it never changes a thread.Thread ContentMacHatter1New
Usage PaceTells you if your current rate lasts until each quota window resets. In bb's usage card, each bar gets a tick at even pace, and red shows how far ahead of pace you are. Hover or tap a row to see the difference, when the quota runs out, and how long you will be without quota before the reset. Adds a Grok Build tab, shows a failed provider's error on its own tab only, and hides tabs you do not use, such as Cursor. The Grok tab reads your grok login and asks xAI's billing service for the credit window; everything else uses the data bb's card already has.Token Usage & LimitsCharles LeeNew
HooksRun your own commands and webhooks when BB threads change state, and hold each outgoing message to your own policy. Install notification, integration, automation and guard templates from the marketplace catalog, each rated for performance and security, or write hooks by hand. React to thread lifecycle events with filters on project, provider, title and text; gate hooks proceed, reject with a reason, or wait before dispatch. Secrets stay AES-256-GCM encrypted and are referenced without storing values in hook definitions; manage everything from the Hooks page, `bb hooks`, or the bundled agent skills. Commands run on the machine hosting the BB server with the server user's access.Tasks & WorkflowsMacHatter1New
CrewRun a standing team of agents that message each other, hand off work and wait for you only when they need an answer. You describe the team once in a crew.yaml: each member gets a fixed address, its own provider and model, a role and its own worktree, and every member is a thread in the sidebar. Several crews in one project coordinate through their leads, BB Tasks and the base branch, with a step limit so they cannot loop forever. A project overview shows who works, who waits and every cross-crew message. Merge and rebase need the repository on the machine BB runs on.Agents & ProviderssajovNew
HeraldHear one spoken sentence when an agent needs you, and see every waiting thread in one list. When a thread asks a question, waits for a plan or a permission to be approved, finishes its turn or fails, the bb app says which thread it is and what it needs, on whatever page you are on. A Herald page in the sidebar lists every thread waiting on you with its reason and sentence, and the same sentence sits above that thread's composer with a Read again button until you answer. Settings choose which kinds of event are announced, the voice and speed, and where to speak: the desktop app, a browser tab, or the mobile app while it is open. By default the sentence is built from the event itself, with no model or external service; optionally, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Gemini CLI or a command of your own, installed and logged in on the Mac running bb, writes it instead, for one short model turn per announcement. The default voice needs bb running on a Mac, and elsewhere each device's own browser voice speaks.NotificationsGustavo AmbrozioNew
Scheduled JobsRun shell commands on your Mac on a cron schedule or a fixed interval, as launchd jobs that keep running while bb is closed. Each job is a LaunchAgent plist that launchd owns, so a missed fire runs once when the Mac wakes and a disabled job stays disabled across reboots. A sidebar page shows each job's launchd status, its last twenty runs with duration and exit code, and the tail of its log, which you can follow live. Run now, Enable, Disable, Edit and Delete do the launchctl work for you, and commands run through your login shell with your terminal's PATH. The sidebar row counts failing jobs, and a picker switches between the Macs connected to bb. macOS only.Tasks & WorkflowsGustavo AmbrozioNew
Model PricingCompare what every AI model costs per million tokens, across Anthropic, OpenAI, Fireworks AI, Ollama Cloud and OpenRouter, in one table. A Relative column ranks each model against the cheapest one on screen, weighted by an input/output blend you choose. Each row also gives the context window, the longest reply, and whether the model can reason, call tools or return structured output. Sort by any column, search by name, hide a provider with its legend dot, and open any model's own page from its row. Prices come from the public models.dev catalog and OpenRouter's model list and are kept for twelve hours; no account or key is needed, but the machine running the bb server must reach both sites.Token Usage & LimitsGustavo AmbrozioNew
SkillsSee every skill a thread's agent can use, where each one comes from and what it says, and add one to the chat from the panel or composer. A Skills tab in the thread's side panel groups them by origin — the project, the repository, your personal folder, an admin folder, a Claude Code or Codex plugin, or bb itself — and shows each one's SKILL.md, rendered, with its path on disk. Claude Code, Codex and Hermes threads have their skill folders read the way that agent reads them, in worktrees and on other enrolled machines too, so a name defined twice is listed once, under the copy the agent uses. Add to chat puts the skill in the message box as the same pill bb's / menu inserts and sends nothing, and a Skills button with a live count, or a keyboard command, opens the same list in bb's pop-up above the message box. Threads on other providers list bb's own skills and what bb's / menu offers. Needs bb 0.45 or later, and no account, key or network access.Memory & ContextGustavo AmbrozioNew
AmbientTurns bb's background into a live scene that shows what your agents are doing at a glance. Each working agent becomes a character in the scene, a thread waiting on you pulses, and a finished turn sends out a ripple that turns red on an error. Describe a scene in your own words and an agent paints it in a new thread, complete with its own sliders, or let a daily automation paint a new one each day. Ten built-in scenes, including Poppy Hill, Koi Pond, and Starry Fjord, each have their own sliders and four-color palette. Runs inside bb with no external service; each painted scene uses one agent turn on your default provider.Themes & Appearancebrsbl25
Captain's DeckPuts a first mate's whole crew on one board, so you only touch the calls that need you. Five columns track what is charted, what is underway, the decisions waiting on you, merges, and landings. Answer a call in place: pick an option, add a note, and the answer reaches the first mate's thread. Cards carry live thread state (working, queued, needs input, failed), the worker bot, and the pull request link. The first mate charts and moves work with the `bb deck` command; no external service or account is needed.Tasks & WorkflowsDeimantas NorkeliunasNew
Machine SidebarSort your bb threads by the machine they run on, then by project, so laptop and remote work never mix. Mark quiet threads or whole projects inactive to fold them into a dimmed group at the bottom; they come back when a turn finishes or waits for you. Start a title with [Tag] to show a colored pill, with a color per tag you pick in the plugin settings. Each row shows its git branch, a status dot, and icons for subagents or background commands; with farcall-mcp, worker tasks appear under their coordinator, each with the worktree it runs in.Thread ManagementKevin KernNew
Orchestrator ModeKeep one thread as the planner and send every unit of work to its own worker thread. A watchdog checks new timeline work at the guard and block levels, records direct work the parent did itself, and sends up to three corrective messages or stops the turn. Toggle a thread from the composer, its + menu or `bb orchestrator-mode`, and switch the mode on for every new thread you start. Workers share the parent's environment and provider, so they need no extra service; requires bb 0.44 or newer.Tasks & WorkflowsMacHatter1New
FirstMate CrewHand one agent your to-do list and it runs a crew of worker threads, each in its own git worktree, until the work lands. The first mate is a pinned thread in bb's own chat that writes each worker's instructions, supervises it, and brings back branches, pull requests, findings and only the decisions that are yours. A FirstMate tab shows the crew as a board of Queued, Working, Blocked, Parked, Done, Failed and Idle, with Steer, Interrupt, Relaunch and End on every card. A built-in watch tells the first mate within about five minutes when a pull request is merged, reviewed or changes check status. Requires bb 0.46 or later, git, and the logged-in gh CLI for the pull request watch; a capable model such as Claude Sonnet is recommended for the first mate.Agents & ProvidersGustavo AmbrozioNew
GitHub BoardSee your GitHub issues, pull requests and discussions on one board, and hand any of them to an agent thread. Four columns cover what you wrote, what is open on repositories you own and what is assigned to you, and an issue that a pull request closes folds into that pull request's card. Pull request cards show CI checks and branch status, with an Update branch button wherever you can push. A detail panel shows the body, comments and images, and labels are added or removed from a right-click menu. Send to chat opens bb's new-thread composer on a card, with a prompt you set per column and per project, in the bb project that has the repository checked out. Add to chat puts the same prompt, the card's column template with the chat's project override, at the end of a chat's draft without sending it, from a menu of the chats on screen and your recent threads. Requires bb 0.46 or later, and the GitHub CLI (gh) installed and signed in on the machine running the bb server.Code & ReviewsGustavo AmbrozioNew
Session HistorySee every Claude Code, Codex and Qwen Code session you ran outside BB, under the titles the agents gave them. The new-thread screen lists the sessions from the selected project's folders, and a Sessions page lists all of them with agent filters and search. Open any session to read its transcript, show its tool calls, or copy the command that resumes it in a terminal. Session files are read on the machine that runs BB and are never uploaded or changed.Thread ManagementNikolai MarchenkoNew
Live MarkdownEdit Markdown right in the side panel, with formatting rendered as you type and saves that change only the characters you typed. Tables stay tables while you edit: click a cell to change its raw Markdown in place, Tab to the next cell, and Tab past the last one to add a row. Every save checks the file's hash first, so a file an agent changed while you typed asks you to keep your version or load the disk version instead of being overwritten. It becomes the opener for .md, .mdx and .markdown files on install unless you already chose one under Settings, and needs bb 0.43 or later with no account or external service.File Viewers & EditorsbottlebrushesNew
Chat SidebarSee which threads need you at a glance in a messenger-style sidebar with live status, folders, and project colours. Sub-agents and forks fold into their parent, so each task is one row. Attention, project, and section folders sit as tabs or a Telegram-style rail, each with unread badges, and you can add your own folders that pick chats by status, project, agent, or words in the title. Projects get distinct colours you can change, and the + starts a chat in the open project. Search, pinned order, splits, and bb's thread shortcuts all keep working.Thread ManagementEvgeniy PerinNew
Image StudioKeep generated photos for the current project in a gallery, then make the next one from the panel or from chat. People profiles store selfies and body details so a named person stays recognizable. Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana Pro, and Muse Image run through fal.ai or kie.ai; those providers bill generation, and Muse Image is fal.ai only. The chat Send form remembers the last model, frame, and size. English and Russian UI; Env Catalog can hold the keys.File Viewers & EditorsKirill VechkasovNew
Jira Data CenterBrowse and update Jira Data Center issues from BB, and let agents change them only after you approve. Open a list or status board, edit fields in place, and drag a card through the workflow. Agents can search, create, edit, transition, comment on, assign, and delete issues, with each write kind asking first unless you set it to always allow. Link a BB project to its Jira projects so chats stay scoped, spawn a thread from an issue, or drive the same actions with bb jira-dc. Requires a reachable Jira Data Center (or Server) base URL and a Personal Access Token; Jira Cloud is not supported.Tasks & WorkflowsMichael VerkhovykhNew
Focus BoardA kanban of your bb threads, focused on what needs you first. Group threads by attention, last activity, project, provider, machine, or parent; drag to act — hand-order a column, change a card's state in the drag, or nest a child; sweep stale lanes, snooze threads, and search titles, projects, and branches. Cards show state, pin, pending-interaction badge, update time, and branch or host; a click opens the thread and a modified click opens it in a new window.Thread ManagementCristos L-C55
Password GateLocks the bb app behind a password, so an unattended window stops exposing your threads. Set the password in Settings, and every window shows an unlock panel until someone enters it. Tick Trust this device once and that browser skips the prompt until the trust window ends. Forgot it? The panel covers the Settings page, so run `bb password-gate reset` in a terminal to open the app again. The lock is the app window, not your data: it does not stop anyone who can run commands on the bb machine or reach its port.SecurityrayzalzeroNew
Account Pool BalancedKeep coding across multiple accounts when one reaches its limit. Route Claude Code and Codex threads with quota-aware balancing, primary and reserve accounts, per-account caps, and session affinity. Connect Kimi, Z.AI, OpenCode Go, Cursor, and experimental Devin Local CLI; compatible external clients can use the proxy too. Bring your own provider accounts, subscriptions or API keys. Requires BB 0.43.1+ and Node/npm; disable BB's bundled Account Pooler because both register the same routes and command.Agents & ProvidersOXINew
Pokemon CatcherTurn shipped engineering work into Pokémon catches, evolutions, and a collection that grows across BB threads. Earn rewards from local branches and worktrees, or selected GitHub repositories and Shortcut, Jira, or GitHub Issues. Choose any catch as an evolving companion, incubate Eggs through token usage, and filter the collection by type, rarity, generation, or shiny status. GitHub, Shortcut, and Jira connections require user-supplied credentials; the plugin also requests data, sprites, and cries from PokéAPI-hosted services. Requires BB 0.43+ and Plugin SDK 0.4.87+.Thread ContentMel StanberyNew
Context KatamariShows how full each thread's context window is as a katamari that grows with every turn and pops when bb compacts. A floating window gives the open thread a 3D toy-box world whose ball size tracks tokens used against the auto-compact point. The HUD shows tokens used, context left, a bar for each recent turn, and a count of compactions. The cousin rolls while the thread works, drops coins past 50k tokens, and gets dizzier after each compaction. Everything runs inside bb, with synthesized sound you can mute.Token Usage & LimitsbrsblNew
Turn TPSShow tokens per second on every completed turn, so a slow answer is visible without opening a log. Each finished turn gets a badge under the assistant message with output tokens, wall-clock duration, and the resulting rate, and the turn header carries the same figure in short form. Reads usage the provider reports where BB has it, and the local OMP session file for ACP and OMP threads, which report none. The rate divides output tokens by the full turn duration, so tool calls and provider waits count against it; it is not a model decode benchmark. Needs a completed turn, and the ACP and OMP path needs that thread's OMP session file on the machine running BB.Token Usage & LimitsDaniel WalkerNew
RewindUndo an agent's file changes turn by turn, and let the conversation go back with them. Checkpoints the workspace before each message and after each turn, on every provider, with no setup. Preview a restore as a per-file diff before it runs, and undo it afterwards. Restore the files and edit your message in one step, or fork from any message into a worktree whose files are as they were then. Flags turns that ran git push, a deploy, or other effects a restore cannot undo. Needs git on the thread's machine; the workspace itself does not have to be a git repository.Code & ReviewsMacHatter1New
Smart QueueRoutes each message you send to a busy thread: corrections steer the running turn, and new tasks wait until it ends. TypeSafe's Jev model decides, reached with a TypeSafe, Vercel AI Gateway, OpenRouter, or OpenCode Zen key, or through any endpoint that speaks its System One API. Without a key, a model from a BB provider you already use decides in a hidden thread, and if nothing answers the message waits. Each decision sends the thread title, your recent requests, and the new message to that provider, which bills the usage.Thread ContentPatrick LeeNew
MoA ProviderGet a second and third opinion on every message before one agent changes your files. Each preset you build becomes a model in the model picker: up to six advisor models answer in parallel, then an aggregator model reads their notes and does the work. A live panel in the thread shows what each advisor is doing and its answer as it streams. Type /moa in any other thread to put a question to the same advisors, or have the aggregator check in with them every few tool calls. Uses the providers you already installed and signed in to; each advisor adds a model turn to every message, and what an advisor reads goes to its model's provider.Agents & ProvidersMacHatter1New
Agent ToolsShow which MCP servers and skills each BB machine actually has, then bring them to one catalogue and one canon. A matrix marks present, missing, and drifted configs; new servers wait for adopt, keep-local, or hide. Sync adds what is missing and never deletes on its own. The Skills tab treats ~/.agents/skills as a git canon, with fan-out into CLI homes and a version archive. Writes back up each config first; loopback paths and local secrets stay on that machine. Optional MetaMCP listing needs that gateway's API key.Agents & ProvidersKirill VechkasovNew
Higgsfield CreditsShows how many Higgsfield credits you have, when they reset, and how many will expire unused at your current pace. A burn forecast charts this cycle's balance and projects it to the reset date, so you see whether you run out early or leave credits behind. A per-model table counts generations, refunded failures, credits, and cost per generation, tagged image, video, audio, or text. A daily chart stacks spend by model or media type for this cycle, 7, 30, or 90 days. Requires the Higgsfield CLI and a Higgsfield account; sign-in uses Higgsfield's own browser login.Token Usage & LimitsVladPoletNew
HotspotNames the BB thread that is making your Mac hot, and lets you stop the dev server or build behind it. A flame in the sidebar footer shows CPU and memory every 2 seconds; click it for the busiest threads, each thread's processes, and a kill that lists what it stops and what it spares before it runs. The Hotspot page keeps seven days of per-minute CPU, memory and thermal history, shades each hot spell, and ranks the threads that caused it. Agents answer "why was my Mac hot at 3pm?" with a built-in tool, and the bb hotspot command answers it in a terminal. Built for macOS, with no account or network service; on Linux it tracks CPU, memory and threads but has no thermal reading, and Windows is not supported.UtilitiesRoger SerraNew
Doc ReviewLeave comments on Markdown, PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and HTML files beside the chat, then hand them all to an agent in one message. Select text, draw a box around a chart on a page or slide, pick spreadsheet cells, or click any element of an HTML page, and each comment keeps its exact place; a comment on an area reaches the agent with an image of that region. Draw over an HTML prototype or a page to cross out a button, circle a block, or point an arrow to where something should move; the agent gets a picture of the page as you saw it with your strokes on top and, on HTML, the elements each stroke touches. Send the drafts to the current chat or to a new one, and each comment shows whether the agent is on it, closed it with a note on what changed, or answered with a question. Zoom pages with a pinch, the wheel, or the zoom bar and they re-render sharp, so a large drawing reads up close; a landscape or wide page keeps the document's scale and scrolls sideways, and a long document loads only the pages on screen. Workbooks open as a formatted grid, HTML files as the live page with their own styles and scripts in a sandbox that keeps them away from bb, and the same tab works in bb's mobile web app. Needs poppler-utils and LibreOffice on the machine the bb server runs on; Chrome or Chromium there adds the pictures of drawings on HTML pages.File Viewers & EditorsFoma49
Design directorCatch a screen that looks generic before you call the work done, and keep every design score on record. A critic scores each screenshot without seeing the code, so the agent that built the screen is not the one grading it. Three tiers run from a single-call spot check after any UI change to a full redesign with seeded directions and critic rounds. Critic runs spend tokens on your own provider account, at a cost that depends on the model you pick, and the screenshot scripts need Chrome or Chromium and Node 18 or newer.Code & ReviewsJason PruntyNew
WorkspacesRun one agent thread across several repositories, each in its own isolated Git worktree. Group existing BB projects into a reusable workspace, then select only the repositories a task needs and start a thread rooted at all of them. Every checkout branches from its repository's own default branch, and your source clones are never pulled, checked out, or stashed. The thread's Repositories panel reports changed files and commits ahead for each checkout, and can enroll another project mid-session. Removing worktrees requires an archived session with every checkout clean and still on its recorded branch, and generated branches are never deleted. Uses local Git and BB's public plugin APIs, with no account, token, or external service.Code & ReviewswishcreatorNew
KataTrack and triage kata issues from the keyboard, beside the bb thread doing the work. One tab per kata project puts the issue list and the issue detail side by side, updated live from the kata daemon. Press n for a new issue inline, N for a child of the selection, and !0-!4 to set priority without leaving the list. A thread whose checkout holds a .kata.toml gets a Kata issues side panel, clickable issue chips in messages, and kata_* tools its agent can call. The bb kata CLI covers the same ground from any bb terminal. Requires kata installed on the same machine with its daemon running; no account, token, or hosted service.Tasks & WorkflowsZaymonoidNew
pstackPuts 47 pstack engineering skills in every bb thread, with one setup step to choose the models they delegate to. Run /setup-pstack once and it reads this host's model list, then asks which model each pstack role should use. After that, /poteto-mode loads one of 23 playbooks and runs the other skills its steps need: reviews that put a second model on the change, tests, blast-radius checks, and prose cleanup. Every skill has its own switch, and none reach the model prompt until you invoke them. Needs bb 0.43 or newer, the bb CLI for skills that fan out to workers, and MCP servers or a webhook endpoint for the few skills that ask for them.Code & ReviewsWYEZNew
FirstmateTurn one thread into a crew: dispatch parallel agent ships in their own worktrees and land their work when it reports DONE. Ships get isolated git worktrees, scouts stay read-only, and every crew ends with a DONE, BLOCKED, or FAILED verdict. Thread events ping you the moment a crew finishes, fails, or stalls, and a crew that idles without a verdict gets nudged until it reports. Queue work with dependencies, gate merges behind green checks, and hand whole projects to domain captains. Requires the bb CLI on the host; the optional real firstmate toolbelt clones upstream firstmate scripts.Agents & Providersamrtawfik160New
JiraBrowse, edit, and move Jira Cloud issues without leaving BB, and let agents change Jira only after you approve. Switch between a grouped list and a status board, and drag a card to move an issue through its workflow. Agents can search, create, edit, transition, comment on, assign, and delete issues, and each kind of change asks first unless you set it to always allow. Link a BB project to its Jira projects so that project's chats search only those issues, and Send to agent opens the chat in the linked project. Requires a Jira Cloud site and an Atlassian API token; Jira Server and Data Center are not supported.Tasks & WorkflowsWillhongNew
Graph StudioBuild agent loops that go back when review fails, run them on real BB threads, and watch every step live. A node spawns a thread rather than calling a model, so workers appear in the sidebar and run on the providers you already have. Describe a flow in the chat and the agent builds and starts it, or open the studio from the command palette; the run shows up as a live card in the thread. 31 templates, human and dialogue nodes, per-attempt token counts, checkpointed runs. The work templates use Matt Pocock's skills, a separate install (npx skills add mattpocock/skills).Tasks & WorkflowssajovNew
Jev, Please ProceedKeep agents moving when they stop only to ask for an unnecessary confirmation. Jev reviews the complete available top-level conversation whenever a thread becomes idle and continues only when its Noul value exceeds 0.95. Before sending `please proceed`, it confirms that the thread is still idle and has no pending interaction or queued message, then stops if the same final response repeats. Use a TypeSafe, Vercel AI Gateway, or OpenRouter API key; conversation text is sent through the selected provider for TypeSafe processing, and usage charges may apply.Agents & ProvidersLawrence LukNew
SpecsGive every project one shared set of spec documents that agents read before they change code. Specs link to any number of projects and live in one store, so they survive branches, worktrees, and new checkouts. Each project thread receives a compact index of its specs — pinned documents always, changed documents when they changed — and pulls full text only when an agent asks. Select a quote to leave a comment; open comments come back from the read tool as review feedback instead of silent edits. Every spec gets its own chat thread where the agent reads before answering and applies agreed changes with a revision check. Agents also get the bb specs command line and tools for search, annotate, attach, detach, and delete. Runs entirely inside BB: no account and no external service.Memory & ContextPeter Abu-EkpeshieNew
GitHub App AuthRun your bb agents as a GitHub App, so pull requests and commits open under the app's name and you can review them on GitHub. Each agent turn gets a short-lived installation token as GH_TOKEN and GITHUB_TOKEN, so gh and git act as the app. Commits use the app's bot identity and pushes go over the token. Enable only the projects you choose, with the scopes you grant the app, and personal projects stay yours. Voice InputDictate into any BB chat and get clean text back, with your product names spelled right. Choose which machine does the recognition: Whisper (MLX) and GigaAM v3 keep the audio on that machine, while Groq, OpenAI and Google transcribe in the cloud with your own API key. A term vocabulary repairs garbled product and tool names, and an optional AI pass fixes the ones the rules miss. Recordings are written to disk before transcription, so a failed run never loses what you said. Local engines need Python 3, ffmpeg and macOS on Apple silicon; cloud engines need a paid API key.Agents & ProvidersVKirillNew
Thread OrganizerTurns your sidebar sections into a workflow agents follow, with unread work collected in the right inbox. Name stages, write their rules, and add entry prompts to start a review or another step when a thread arrives. Create inboxes for individual plugins; the main Inbox catches other idle unread threads and returns them to their stage when work resumes or a message is queued. Agents move their own threads with one command, and command-line configuration changes ask for your approval before saving.Thread ManagementbrsblNew
BallastKnow which thread is eating your RAM before the machine starts paging. Reads vm_stat page classes rather than the free percentage macOS reports, which counts inactive pages as free and stays reassuring while the box holds gigabytes of swap — pressure is graded on headroom, paging rate, compression and the kernel's own verdict, and the banner names the signal that decided. Consumers roll up by process tree and by BB thread, matched through worktree paths, so a 2.4GB row names a thread you can steer instead of six identical node processes. A guard can throttle BB concurrency, ask the hungriest threads to release memory, stop orphaned processes, or hand the problem to an agent — every one of those is off until you turn it on. Nothing is stopped unless nothing can still be waiting on it, and the apply step takes only ids the plan minted, re-checked against the live process table. macOS and Linux, no account or external service.UtilitiesBraedon SaundersNew
Diff DadSee only the pull requests that ask for you by name, and read each one as a narrated review instead of a raw diff. The sidebar page lists your direct review requests with criticality tags, approvals, verdict, and age, sorted the way Diff Dad's own queue is, with a repo filter. An All tab embeds Diff Dad's command center, and a thread panel action opens the thread's own pull request review. Agents get a diffdad_review tool that returns a PR's verdict, TL;DR, and concerns as text. Requires Diff Dad's daemon running locally with its own GitHub token and AI provider, and the GitHub CLI logged in.Code & ReviewsJonas BrusmanNew
Markdown PROEdit agent-written Markdown as a formatted document, and send any passage to the chat with its file path and line numbers. Callouts, collapsible details, footnotes, raw HTML and YAML properties render in place and save back unchanged, so opening a file never rewrites it. Mermaid flowcharts are edited by right-click (add a block or a yes/no branch, change a shape, delete), and LaTeX, code highlighting for 37 languages and directory trees render alongside. Files open from the machine and folder of the thread they came from, and autosave stops instead of overwriting a change an agent made underneath you. Adds a markdown-pro agent skill and a close-others and pin menu on the side-panel tabs; needs BB 0.43 or later and no account or external service.File Viewers & EditorsKirill Vechkasov52
BB LiveTalk to BB while your agents work, then redirect threads or start new project work by voice. Keeps one voice session connected while you move through projects, focus threads, and hear task results in the transcript. Explicit new tasks can start project threads or go to the BB Operator for coordination, while consequential actions stay in BB's visual approval flow. Project PageOpen a project's homepage from its name in BB's sidebar. The homepage renders the checkout's README, links to the configured repository, and starts a new thread in that project. Reads go through BB's project APIs and the project's enrolled host, so a remote browser client sees the same README as a local window. The sidebar chevron still expands and collapses threads, and disabling the plugin restores the original sidebar. Requires BB 0.43.1 or later with Plugin SDK 0.4.87 or later.Thread ManagementJemNew
Env CatalogStore API keys, tokens, and secrets in a single encrypted catalog across all BB sessions and machines. Securely request credentials via masked in-app modals. Includes dedicated agent tools, a full-featured management UI with .env import/export, and terminal CLI commands.SecurityKirill Vechkasov34
Thread PagesGives every agent session a web page it writes for its task, and lets you answer from that page instead of chat. Each page is built for the task at hand: a diagram you click, a decision sheet, a report that shows what failed. Your choices and notes on the page arrive as the agent's next message, from bb or from your phone. A built-in home lists your sessions by what needs you and by project. Pages run sandboxed with no bb credentials, and anything that touches another session asks you first.Thread Contentunifedev31
Markdown EditorEdit a markdown file in the tab you were already reading it in, and save it with Cmd+S. Preview renders the file the way bb renders a chat message, including the images it points at, and Raw gives you the source in an editable pane, with unsaved text carrying between the two. Selecting text in Preview offers an Add to chat button that quotes it into the composer under the file's path. A pencil on markdown files in the changes panel opens the one you are reading a diff of. Every save checks the file's hash first, so an edit an agent made while you were typing gives you a choice between reloading and overwriting instead of a silent clobber. Works on files in a project workspace, on a host, or in a thread's storage. Requires bb 0.43 or later, and needs no account or external service.File Viewers & EditorsDaniel Bachhuber10
Diff ViewedUse a Viewed checkbox on each file to keep track of what you've read in a long diff, synced with GitHub on the thread's pull request. Checking a file collapses and dims it, and the toolbar counts how far you have got, such as 3/6 viewed. A mark clears itself when the file's diff changes, so a rebase or a new hunk puts the file back in front of you. An Only unviewed filter hides the files you have read. Requires bb 0.41 or later, and GitHub sync needs the gh CLI signed in.Code & ReviewsDaniel Bachhuber19
Auto AnswerAnswers an agent's question with one click per question instead of two. A countdown starts the moment you pick an option, then presses the widget's own Next or Submit answer button. It appears under the option you picked and leads with a Stop button, and space or Escape stops it as well. Picking again, another option or the same one, restarts it from the full delay of 4 seconds, adjustable from 1 to 120. It never picks an option and never types free text, and it stands down by itself whenever pressing the button would be wrong, such as nothing selected or the free-text box open.Thread ContentVladPolet15
ChatGPT SkinDress bb in the ChatGPT desktop app's look, from the canvas and sidebar down to every button state, in light and dark. Both palettes ship, so switching modes changes the light and not the layout. Hover, active, focus-visible, and disabled states are themed across buttons, menu rows, tabs, switches, chips, and icon buttons. Menus, dialogs, popovers, tooltips, and the command palette share one surface ramp, and matching code themes carry the palette into syntax highlighting. No account and no network request: bb reads the stylesheet straight from the plugin directory.Themes & AppearanceEuan Guo75
Workspace SkillsConnect external skill repositories and workspace folders directly to BB without hardcoding paths or copying files. Discovers nested skill packages across your configured directories and registers them into BB's shared skill roots. Discovered skills appear in the slash menu and session instructions across all projects and providers. Configure paths via Settings or the workspace-skills CLI subcommand. Changes to skills in their source repositories reflect immediately without re-installing.Memory & ContextVanDalkvist13
SubscriptionsGet a short message in your thread when a GitHub pull request or Linear issue you follow changes. Subscribe from the agent or the bb subscriptions command, in bulk, and a count in the thread heading shows how many items you follow. Changes to a busy thread are coalesced into one message and rewritten in place, so a fast-moving issue never floods the queue. GitHub uses the gh CLI already authenticated on the bb server, and Linear needs one read-only personal API key.Tasks & Workflowsgrrowl11
Projects & SectionsOrganize BB chats into projects and nested sections that are real folders, so each chat starts in its own working directory. Each project and section can carry AGENTS.md rules from shared or own templates, plus custom rules for files or BB sessions and a startup instruction for new chats. Style the sidebar tree with 118 icons or any emoji, 12 colors, fills and four presets, per level, per project or per section. Archive finished sections with their files and chats and restore them later, keep working copies on several devices, and move projects or sections without breaking existing chats. Fat FingersMakes every icon in bb 50% larger on your phone, so a thumb has something to see and something to hit. Applies under the same phone test bb uses for its own touch sizing, so a desktop window with a mouse is left exactly as it was. Scales the icon's layout box rather than painting it larger, so the button around it grows to fit. Leaves diagrams and images inside messages at their normal size. Works in the bb mobile app and in a phone browser, with nothing to configure and no network access.Themes & AppearanceChris Sells5
File GatewayBrowse files across your BB machines and FTP/SFTP website accounts, then add a native file mention to a chat so the agent opens the correct source and path. Read text or download files without exposing account passwords to agents. Mixture of AgentsCompare two independent perspectives before your chat model acts on each request. Enable MoA per chat, share model and fallback settings across chats, and inspect each participant’s input, answer and delivery receipt from the message history. Command CodeRuns BB threads on any of Command Code's 70 coding models, so a bug has to survive reviewers on Claude, GPT, GLM, Kimi or DeepSeek without leaving BB. Shell commands, file reads and edits arrive as BB timeline cards with streamed output and diffs, and reasoning stays separate from the reply. Needs Command Code installed and signed in, plus the adapter this repository ships. Command Code's headless mode cannot prompt per tool call, so writes are one setting rather than a per-call approval.Agents & ProvidersBukhori Muhammad Aqid13
ThreadlineJump to any point in a long conversation from a minimap of your own prompts. A slim rail on the right edge of a thread shows one marker per prompt you sent, and the current prompt stays highlighted as you scroll. Hover the rail to read each prompt's preview and click to jump straight to it, even when the message is far off-screen. Choose whether the rail sits at the top, middle, or bottom of the conversation. Runs entirely inside BB with no account or external service.Thread Contentfrankieshakes37
ProductiveWork a Productive.io board without leaving BB, and hand a ticket to an agent in one click. Kanban lanes group by workflow status or by task list, so the columns match the board you already use, and dragging a card writes the change back to Productive. Start a thread from any ticket, optionally in its own git worktree, with the ticket's fields as context. Agents reach the same board through a `bb productive` command. Needs a Productive.io account and an API token.Tasks & WorkflowsKristof Feys6
CoW copyStart a thread with your installed dependencies, build caches, and uncommitted changes already in place. Each thread gets an independent checkout that shares disk blocks until files change, using Btrfs snapshots or reflink copies. Select Btrfs Cow in the environment picker; the plugin checks filesystem support on the chosen machine. Requires Linux, Git, GNU cp with reflink support, and a compatible filesystem such as Btrfs or XFS; snapshot mode also needs the btrfs command.Code & ReviewsSawyer Hood3
Project ExplorerBrowse and edit the files behind a thread in the side panel, with git status colouring every name the way VS Code does. Modified files read amber, new files green, deleted red, and a collapsed folder inherits the colour of whatever changed inside it. Saving sends back the hash the file had when you opened it, so a change an agent made underneath you reports a conflict instead of being overwritten. Dotfiles such as .claude and .env appear, and directories load one level at a time, so a repository with node_modules opens as quickly as an empty one. Needs a thread whose environment has a workspace; git colours need that workspace to be a git repository.File Viewers & EditorsNinjasWeb25
Pool UsageSee how much of each provider's capacity is in use and when it frees up, right in the sidebar footer. Each provider gets its logo and one percentage, with accounts weighed by their plans, so a Claude Max 20x seat counts twenty times a Pro seat. Clicking a number opens a card with the account count and when the total drops next. When Account Pooler's Claude or Codex accounts hold resets, the card offers the one that frees the most capacity and spends it only after you confirm. Covers Account Pooler's accounts and any provider that reports usage to BB, such as Cursor; Account Pooler is optional.Token Usage & LimitsYurii Rebryk20
Floating NotesKeep a note beside the work it belongs to, one keystroke from any thread. Notes group themselves by project, thread and day, so nothing lands in a flat pile. Stickies pin to a thread or a project and appear only while you are looking at it, and every thread gets a scratchpad your agents can append findings to. Writes real markdown — clickable checklists, highlighted code fences, wiki links — and stores everything in a local SQLite file with no account and no network.Thread ContentVedran Burojević29
Chat SearchFind any word in the chat you are reading and see every occurrence highlighted in the messages themselves. A Find in chat tab in the thread panel lists each hit with context, and Enter steps through them while the current one glows brighter. Hits cover the whole thread, including messages scrolled far out of view, and highlights follow new messages as they stream in. Match case, regular expressions, a Mod+Shift+F shortcut, and a bb chat-search command for agents are included. Runs locally with no external service.Thread ContentYusuf Akbulut25
Browser Session ImportSigns every ordinary BB Browser tab into one imported cookie session. Import once from a local Chrome, Firefox, or other browser profile, or from a JSON cookie export, and the shared session carries those logins to existing and new tabs. Re-import any time to replace the session, and remove it with one button to clear the Browser. Cookies are read on this machine only; native profiles read on macOS and Linux, while JSON exports work anywhere the BB desktop runs.UtilitiesGantisStorm16
ReclaimFind what filled your disk and get the space back, without guessing. Indexes the whole volume with no scan cap and counts hardlinks and APFS clones once, so shared copies do not inflate folder totals. Browse any folder by real subtree size, or work from a costed list of build output, idle dependencies, package caches, Xcode derived data and Docker layers, including compacting the Docker VM disk image that pruning alone never shrinks. Deletion is confined to roots you authorize, and a guard can clean up or hand the problem to an agent when space runs low. macOS and Linux, no account or external service.UtilitiesBraedon Saunders21
Browser CopyCopies what you point at in a BB Browser tab: pick any element and get a structured markdown block — page URL, viewport, CSS selector, ARIA role and name, bounds, link, and text — or a PNG of just that element, or a screenshot of the visible tab. One icon button in the thread header opens the three modes, and the picker outlines each target with a hover highlight and label as you move. Redaction is a heuristic on form fields — a password input, or a name, id or autocomplete matching password, credential, secret, token, api-key or auth — so it covers more than passwords but nothing outside an input, and images are not redacted.UtilitiesGantisStorm14
Hmm Floating TerminalKeep a shell open beside the project you are working in, without leaving the conversation for a panel or another app. The window follows the project: leave for another one and it steps aside, come back and its tabs return with the dev server still running. Shells belong to the project checkout rather than to a thread, so moving between a project's threads never costs you one. Sessions belong to BB, so closing the window leaves a build or an ssh session running and reopening replays the scrollback. Drag the grip to resize, minimize to the title bar, or maximize to fill the app. Requires BB 0.42 or newer and Plugin SDK 0.4.47 or newer.Command LineFadli Hidayatullah6
E CorpTurns bb into a cold corporate workstation, lit by one continuous petroleum-blue field that every panel shares. Dark and light are the same room at two exposures, so switching modes changes the light and not the design. Bundled Pierre-compatible code themes carry the palette into code, diffs, the file tree, and the terminal, with separate focus, selection, warning, and destructive colours. IBM Plex Sans and Mono and the texture are embedded in the stylesheet, so the theme makes no network requests.Themes & AppearanceGabor Kis-Hegedus15
Command CenterBoards every dispatched request and open question as a card, lets you reply or comment on an agent's work straight from the board, and sends macOS notifications when a card's status changes. Includes Chief: one global Chief, a project chief per project, and task architects, for routing dispatched work through an org instead of a flat worker thread. Requires the Tasks plugin — the board offers a one-click install if it isn't already there, but never installs it silently — and, for voice input, microphone access. If you also run the `notify` plugin, expect two macOS banners for overlapping events — this one fires on board-card status, `notify` on thread lifecycle.More pluginsDilip Venkatesh77
Read AloudListen to any assistant message while you keep working, with speech that starts playing before the whole message is synthesized. A speaker button on every message row starts playback, and the player adds pause, stop, ten-second skips in both directions, and speeds from 0.75x to 2x that persist between sessions. Playback stops on its own when you switch threads or send a new prompt, and stopping cancels the synthesis stream instead of leaving it to finish unheard. Code blocks, link targets, and bare URLs are flattened out of the text first, so a voice reads prose instead of syntax. Speech uses Microsoft Edge's public neural voices over the network, so it needs an internet connection, but no account, API key, or paid service.Thread ContentChris Sells28
VS Code ServerEmbeds a self-hosted code-server or VS Code Server in a thread's right panel, opened at that thread's workspace so the editor shows the same files the agent is working on. One panel per thread, a compact header with the server URL and an Open in Browser link, and — for a loopback server — import of your desktop VS Code profile, keybindings, and extensions into it. You bring the server; the plugin embeds it and never proxies or weakens its authentication.File Viewers & EditorsGantisStorm15
Mane ControlSwitch Ponytail between Off, Lite, Full, and Ultra in one click, so how hard the agent works matches the task in front of you. A horse button beside the thread composer lists the four modes with a line on what each one does, and keeps the active mode in view. Picking a mode sends the /ponytail command for you, and those commands collapse into compact status pills in the transcript instead of stray slash-command lines. Needs the Ponytail skill installed for the thread's provider, and the control stays disabled until it finds one.Thread ContentMacHatter120
FilesA VS Code-style file explorer and editor for the workspace behind a thread. Search in files finds a word across every file in the project: results are grouped by file with each hit highlighted, and clicking one opens the file on that line. It is smart case, with match-case, whole-word and regex toggles, and built for typing — file contents stay in memory between searches, so refining a query re-runs in tens of milliseconds, and a regex runs in its own worker so a runaway pattern cannot freeze BB. Around it: a file tree that shows dotfiles, editor tabs, a go-to-file palette (Cmd+P), find in the open file (Cmd+F), syntax highlighting in your BB code theme, and edit and save guarded so a change an agent made underneath you is never clobbered. Markdown files open rendered, with the source and the editor one click away. Two pickers choose the project and then its checkout or one of its worktrees; beside a thread it is pinned to that thread's worktree. Adds a `bb files` command so agents can browse and read the same workspace from the CLI, on whichever machine it lives.File Viewers & EditorsAbdElrahman Telb316
UltraGoalKeep long-running agent work moving without losing the plan when a thread ends. UltraGoal schedules dependency-ready slices across isolated workers, records defects and owner decisions durably, and can require an independent verifier before work closes. Each goal pins worker and verifier execution settings, reports host substitutions, and can replace idle clean workers one at a time. Repository integration, worktree cleanup, and local provider-data reads stay off until you enable them. Requires BB 0.39+ and Plugin SDK 0.4.8+.Tasks & WorkflowsBraedon Saunders32
File ManagerManage the files on the machine bb runs on without a terminal: browse, upload, move, rename, extract and hand them to the agent. Opens as a sidebar page, as a tab beside a thread that can start in that thread's folder, and from a file link in a message. Double-click shows images, PDF, video, Markdown and code; Space looks inside zip, tar, 7z and rar archives without extracting them. Multi-gigabyte uploads resume after a dropped connection. On a phone, selected rows get an Actions bar with the whole row menu. Access stays inside the home folder of the user bb runs as; tar, 7z and rar archives need tar and 7z on that machine.File Viewers & EditorsFoma469
FontsChoose local font families and tune interface, code, and serif typography independently of BB's active theme. Each role inherits size, weight, style, line height, and letter spacing from the theme until you override it, with live specimens before you save. Search the fonts installed on the device you view BB from, or type any family name. Installed-font discovery needs a secure desktop Chromium context; generic and manually entered families work everywhere, and no font data leaves the client.Themes & AppearanceGuilherme J.
