Point at what you mean instead of describing where it is. In a Browser tab in the bb desktop app, click an element, write a note, and add it to your prompt. Your agent gets the note with the details it needs to find that element in the code.

What you get

  • An Annotate elements button in the Browser tab's toolbar.
  • A note box on the element you click, with Add to prompt. Add as many notes as you like before you send.
  • Each note reaches your agent with the page address, the element's selector, its text, attributes, size, and key styles, and its React component names when the page exposes them.

How to use it

  1. In Plugins, open Agent Annotations and turn on its switch.
  2. Open your app in a Browser tab in the desktop app, or ask your agent to open it.
  3. Choose Annotate elements, click the element, write your note, and choose Add to prompt. Then send the message.

Annotations work in the desktop app's Browser tabs. They aren't available in the web app or in a thread's live preview.
