Memory & Context 1

Control durable knowledge or standing context available to agents.

Scoped SkillsGive each skill only to the agents, models and projects that should have it, so image skills reach Codex and stay out of Claude Code. Each skill carries a list of agents plus optional model and project globs such as gpt-5* or *my-org/*, and a thread receives only the skills that match its agent, model and project. A preview shows what a thread on any agent, model and project would get. Import skill folders from the BB machine, or ask a thread to list or change a scope; a bb scoped-skills CLI does the same. Needs no account, API key or network access.
