Agents & Providers 1

Add, choose, configure, route, or coordinate who runs a thread.

OMP AgentsName an OMP subagent in the composer instead of describing it. Type @, pick a row, and the pill carries the agent's specialization, tools, model, and definition file to the model at send time. The menu appears only on OMP threads; on another provider a send carrying an OMP mention is refused with the reason. Requires the omp CLI and a thread on the omp provider.

File Viewers & Editors 1

Browse, open, preview, or edit files and document vaults.

FinderBrowse, edit, and save the files an agent is working on without leaving BB. A file tree with new file, rename, upload, and delete sits beside the thread, and search in files reads every file in the workspace and opens a hit at its line. The CodeMirror editor saves with compare-and-swap, so a change the agent made while you were typing stops the save instead of overwriting it. An @ mention attaches a file whose contents are resolved at send time, and markdown renders Mermaid diagrams. A workspace on another machine works the same way.

Security 1

Protect credentials or prevent unsafe code.

Password GateLocks the bb app behind a password, so an unattended window stops exposing your threads. Set the password in Settings, and every window shows an unlock panel until someone enters it. Tick Trust this device once and that browser skips the prompt until the trust window ends. Forgot it? The panel covers the Settings page, so run `bb password-gate reset` in a terminal to open the app again. The lock is the app window, not your data: it does not stop anyone who can run commands on the bb machine or reach its port.
