BB Live

Talk to BB while your agents work, then redirect threads or start new project work by voice. Keeps one voice session connected while you move through projects, focus threads, and hear task results in the transcript. Explicit new tasks can start project threads or go to the BB Operator for coordination, while consequential actions stay in BB's visual approval flow. Requires BB 0.43.1+, Git, npm, Node.js 22.19+, an OpenAI project with GPT-Live access, and microphone permission; OpenAI usage is billed separately.

Speak with BB while your agents work across projects. Ask for a briefing, focus a thread, read its latest report, queue an instruction, or ask the BB Operator to coordinate a larger request.

One conversation across BB

A compact voice panel lives above the sidebar footer and keeps the conversation connected as you navigate or collapse it. Microphone mute, hold-to-talk, output silence, and end-session controls work independently. Open the transcript for conversation details, focus selection, and links to threads that need visual review.

Desktop and iPhone

The controls adapt to compact screens and iPhone safe areas. On a phone, moving BB to the background ends the voice connection; tap Start voice when you return. Your agents keep working.

Setup

Add an OpenAI API key with GPT-Live access in this plugin's settings. The key stays on the BB server. Live voice and intent-model usage are billed to that OpenAI project; BB agents use their configured providers separately.

One session is available per BB installation. No audio is recorded. Text retention defaults to 30 days and can be disabled. Consequential actions require BB's visual approval surfaces.

This initial build has automated coverage and desktop/mobile browser checks. Real voice and completed cross-project delegation acceptance remain pending.
