File ManagerBrowse, upload, download, move, rename and extract files under your home folder — as a full-page bb panel, as a tab in the side panel beside a thread, or straight from a message: right-click a file link and "File location" opens its folder with the file selected. Double-click or Enter opens a file to read it: beside a thread it goes to bb's own preview panel, and on the full page the manager shows it itself — images, PDF, video and audio play in place, Markdown is rendered, and everything else opens with syntax highlighting. Space quick-looks the focused row, a gallery view shows thumbnails, Properties answers what a file or folder actually is, bookmarks keep the folders you live in one click away, and a file can be handed to the agent as an @-mention — including from the composer's + menu, which otherwise only reaches the browser's machine. Multi-gigabyte uploads resume after a dropped connection.Foma224
FilesBrowse and edit the workspace behind a thread in an editor layout: a searchable file tree on the left, tabs across the top, and the whole file in the middle. Opens as a full-page panel or as a tab beside a thread, where it is pinned to that thread's worktree so it shows the files the agent is editing. Cmd+P ranks files by path; clicking one opens it in its own tab, syntax-highlighted in your BB code theme. Saves are guarded by the hash the file had when it was opened, so an edit an agent made underneath you stops the save and offers Reload or Overwrite. For a workspace on the machine BB runs on it walks the directory itself, so dotfiles appear. Adds a `bb files` command that gives agents the same listing, which reads the right disk when the workspace is on another machine.AbdElrahman Telb182
