Prime Agent (ACP)

Runs bb threads on Prime Agent (by Prime Intellect) through its native ACP protocol, with model discovery and reasoning level support. Installing the provider requires an explicit `bb prime-agent install` command that downloads and installs the official prime-agent binary from Prime Intellect; thread content is processed by Prime Intellect.
