Qlik Sense
Agents read Qlik Sense Enterprise sheets and charts with filters. Sign in once, tick the reports agents may use, and choose which models may see the data.
Overview
View sourceLet your agents answer questions from Qlik Sense Enterprise reports — with the numbers the Qlik engine calculates, and a link to the sheet so people can check them.
What you get
- A Qlik Sense page in the sidebar: sign in with your Qlik login, tick the apps agents may read, and mark the sheets to start from with a note on what each one answers.
- Agent tools that list sheets and objects, look up field values, and read any table, chart, pivot or KPI as a table with the filters the agent passes.
- Can't find a report? — paste a link, see whether your account can open it, and copy a ready access request for the app owner.
- The page is in English and Russian, with an EN | RU switch at the top.
Company data stays with approved models
You choose which provider and model pairs may read Qlik data; nothing is allowed at first. Other agents never see the Qlik tools, a thread that switches to another model loses them, and a thread that already holds Qlik answers cannot be continued by a model outside your list.
Your password
It stays on the machine where agents run — in the macOS Keychain, encrypted with your Windows account, or on Linux in a file only your user can read — never on the bb server. If Qlik rejects it, the plugin stops signing in until you enter it again, so the domain does not lock your account.
