Sidebar Subtitles

Group sidebar destinations under your own headings. Drag sections or move them with arrow controls, hide sections and restore them from More. Edit headings with explicit Save, Cancel and Delete controls; your BB navigation order and visibility are preserved.

Arrange your sidebar

Keep the destinations you use visible and group them with your own headings. Desktop rows follow BB’s native height and spacing, with section menus appearing on hover or keyboard focus. Touch layouts keep the controls visible.

Open the sliders button beside More for compact customization: drag handles reorder sections and eye buttons hide or restore them. Section menus provide keyboard-accessible move actions and heading editing. Hidden destinations open in a More popover without expanding the sidebar.

Keep your existing layout

Uses BB’s existing destination order and visibility preferences. Older heading keys and current navigation IDs are recognized automatically. Switching back to native navigation retains the order and hidden destinations. Cmd/Ctrl-click still opens a destination in a split.

Edit deliberately

Heading edits have Save, Cancel and Delete controls. Escape cancels a draft; leaving the field does not save. Concurrent preference changes are rejected rather than overwritten. Headings are limited to 120 characters.

Requirements

BB 0.43 or later and Plugin SDK 0.4.87 or later. Select Sidebar Subtitles in Settings → Appearance when another navigation provider is active. Only one navigation provider can be active. No account, external service or core patch is required.
