Keep tab icons visible and close tabs from the right. Active tabs always show their close button; other tabs reveal it on hover or keyboard focus without shifting the title. Touch screens show the button without hover. Requires BB 0.46.1+; future BB layout changes may require an update.

Keep each tab’s icon visible on the left and its close button on the right.

  • Active tabs always show their close button.
  • Other tabs show it on hover or keyboard focus.
  • Reserved space prevents labels shifting when the button appears.
  • Touch screens show close buttons without hover.
  • Pinned tabs remain unchanged.

Works on BB’s right-panel tabs. No configuration or accounts are needed. Disable the plugin to restore BB’s original layout.

Compatibility

Verified on BB 0.46.1 with SDK 0.6.49. This small CSS customization depends on BB’s DOM structure; future BB changes may require a plugin update. It does not change tab data or replace BB’s close handlers. No model calls or external services are used.
