GitHub App AuthRun your bb agents as a GitHub App, so pull requests and commits open under the app's name and you can review them on GitHub. Each agent turn gets a short-lived installation token as GH_TOKEN and GITHUB_TOKEN, so gh and git act as the app. Commits use the app's bot identity and pushes go over the token. Enable only the projects you choose, with the scopes you grant the app, and personal projects stay yours. Needs a GitHub App you create and the gh CLI on the machines that run threads.New SubscriptionsGet a short message in your thread when a GitHub pull request or Linear issue you follow changes. Subscribe from the agent or the bb subscriptions command, in bulk, and a count in the thread heading shows how many items you follow. Changes to a busy thread are coalesced into one message and rewritten in place, so a fast-moving issue never floods the queue. GitHub uses the gh CLI already authenticated on the bb server, and Linear needs one read-only personal API key.11

T3 SidebarReplaces the BB thread list with a stable inbox, snooze controls, and child thread links.

Thread NamerNames threads with an agent when their first turn ends, so the sidebar reads as what you were doing, and re-generates a name on demand from the thread header or the CLI.
