Runs provider-neutral durable agent goals with scheduled workers and verification. Requires BB >=0.39 and Plugin SDK >=0.4.8. It makes no direct network requests; local provider-store reads, base-branch squash-merges, and managed worktree and branch cleanup are off by default and require explicit consent.
