Save the answers worth coming back to, and get back to them in one click.

Bookmark from the message

Every user and assistant message gets a Bookmark button in its action bar. Click it and the message is saved; the button stays filled on that message, the way a liked message looks, and clicking it again removes the bookmark with an Undo. Select part of an assistant answer and choose Bookmark from the selection menu to save just that passage as the bookmark's quote.

Open Bookmarks from the thread header, the side panel's new-tab actions, or the quick palette (Bookmarks: Show saved messages). The tab lists every bookmark, newest first, with its thread and when you saved it. Search matches the saved text and thread titles in any case, and This thread narrows the list to the open thread in timeline order.

Click a bookmark to jump straight to its message: bb opens the thread, scrolls the timeline to the message, and flashes it, however far back it is. When the message lives in another thread, the Bookmarks tab opens beside it so you can keep browsing. Hover a bookmark to copy its full text or remove it.

Local

Bookmarks live in the plugin's own SQLite database on your bb server. Each one keeps a copy of the message text, so a bookmark stays readable after its thread is deleted. Nothing is sent to an agent or an external service.
