Pool Usage

See how much of each provider's capacity is in use, and when it frees up, without opening anything.

One number per provider

Pool Usage puts each connected provider's logo at the right end of the sidebar footer with the share of its capacity in use right now: Claude and Codex, every account in Account Pooler if you use it, and other providers that report usage to BB, such as Cursor. Accounts weigh by the vendors' stated plan multipliers, so a Max 20x seat counts twenty times a Pro seat. Codex Business Pro Lite and Pro Lite each count as 5x Plus. The number turns red at 80%, or at the percentage you pick in the plugin's only setting, Red at, %.

When it frees up

Click a number for the provider's card, styled like the footer's … menu: the total, the number of accounts when there are several, and up to four lines showing when the total drops next and what it drops to.

Resets

When Account Pooler's Claude or Codex accounts hold resets, which clear an account's usage limits early, the card ends with a line such as "Reset to 27% (3 available)": the total right after the reset that frees the most capacity over the next week. Clicking it asks first, in BB's own dialog, naming the account, when the reset expires, and the total before and after. Only Use reset spends it.

What it reads

The numbers refresh every 30 seconds. Pool Usage reads Account Pooler's redacted account status and BB's provider usage readings. For resets, its server uses the access tokens Account Pooler stores: it asks Anthropic and OpenAI for them every 10 minutes and spends one only when you confirm it. Tokens never reach the frontend, and the plugin never refreshes one.
