Make more room for threads with compact, borderless sidebar icons. Keep your saved order and hidden destinations, with controls to rearrange or show them. Hover labels and selected states keep navigation recognizable. Requires BB 0.42+ and Plugin SDK 0.4.53+, with no extra service or account.

More room for your threads

Compact Nav replaces navigation rows with borderless icon buttons and removes the divider beneath them. Desktop buttons are 28px with 16px icons and 4px gaps; touch devices use 40px buttons. Hover labels and selected states help identify each destination.

Keep your navigation preferences

Your existing order and hidden items carry over. Open More (…) → Customize sidebar to reorder destinations and choose which ones appear. Hidden destinations remain available from More. BB continues to handle navigation, icons, and split gestures.

Enable or restore

Choose Settings → Appearance → Navigation → Compact Nav. Select bb (built-in) to restore the original navigation.

Requirements

Requires BB 0.42 or later and Plugin SDK 0.4.53 or later. No extra service, account, or API key is needed. The plugin styles BB's original navigation component, so future BB interface changes may require a plugin update.
